Contractual Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1. Acceptance of the Conditions
Both the placement of an order and the subsequent acquisition of one or more products offered on this website imply the acceptance of the contractual terms and conditions set forth below.
2. Limitation of Liability and Warranty
embossy.eu declines any liability resulting from force majeure or fortuitous events, as well as any arising from willful or negligent actions of the User themselves or third parties unrelated to embossy.eu.
embossy.eu respects and applies to all its products the legal warranty regulated under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
embossy.eu declines any liability resulting from delays in product delivery, loss of data, damage and/or deterioration, errors, slow access, or unavailability of the service, provided that such damages have been caused by force majeure or fortuitous events, handling of the product by the customer, and/or deficiencies in the provision of services by any third-party providers external to embossy.eu—in which case the service provider that caused the damage in question shall be held liable.
3. General Conditions
All products offered by store.embossy.eu duly include a breakdown of VAT and any potential additional costs at the moment the Customer intends to purchase them. For users belonging to countries within the European Union, a 17.35% discount is applied to the final price of all purchases (this discount is already applied by default in the store), which is compatible with other active discounts. Promotion valid from 10/01/2015 to 12/31/2026.
At the time of purchase, the Customer may select their preferred method of payment. The process to be followed, as well as the destination account, will be explained for each specific case.
4. Particular Conditions
Delivery times for custom-made or personalized orders will be extended, as these products must be manufactured beforehand and are not kept in stock. The manufacturing timeframe for custom orders is 30 business days. In these cases, the delivery estimate will begin counting once the production period has concluded.
Shipments are dispatched within 3 to 4 days following payment confirmation. Shipments to P.O. Boxes are not supported.
The customer will be responsible for any customs duties and/or tariffs levied by the legal jurisdiction of the destination country.
5. Returns
If upon receipt the product is incorrect, defective, or in poor condition, you may exercise your right to return it within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from delivery to your home. Prior to proceeding with the return, please send a photograph of the product showing the defect to the following email address to initiate processing: info@embossy.eu.
The return of articles by choice of the customer requires that products remain sealed, in their original box and/or packaging, including warranties and labels, to exercise the right of return within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from delivery. Returns will not be accepted for any item showing signs of use, not in the identical condition in which it was sent, unsealed, missing transit packaging, or items made according to custom user specifications.
In the event of a return, shipping expenses will be covered by embossy.eu under the first scenario (5.1) and by the customer under the second scenario (5.2). In any case, you must contact us beforehand at info@embossy.eu to obtain the required return authorization. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
6. Terms of Account Annulment and Cancellation
The User may at any time cancel their Account hosted on this website.
embossy.eu reserves the right of admission. If the administrator proceeds to cancel a User account, the reasoned rationale for this decision will be notified via email.
Once a User Account is cancelled, or even if cancellation has not occurred, store.embossy.eu may suspend any ongoing order or product delivery, and the customer will be refunded the corresponding amount paid.
7. Modification of Service and Current Conditions
embossy.eu reserves the right to modify the Website, its Contents, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of such modifications via a visibly designated section on the website; therefore, you should regularly review the conditions in force at the time of purchasing any product.
